How to submit a request
Email privacy@hktiktokgaming.store with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:
- Your full name and reply email address.
- The game or service related to your request.
- Any player, device, transaction, or support reference that can help us locate the information. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
- The country and state where you live, so we can apply the correct legal requirements.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we do not hold information that can be linked to you, we will tell you where reasonably possible.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to exercise or defend legal claims. Information held by Google Play or another third-party provider must be requested directly from that provider.
